If the purchased UMIDIGI F3 5G unlocked cell phone cannot use network data, please follow the steps below: you can adjust the APN setting manually first.
Step1: GET THE APN PARAMETERS
Solution 1. you can search «your phone carrier + APN» on google/or call the carriers to check the APN parameters.
Solution 2. you can also insert your SIM card into another phone(that can access Internet normally) to get the APN parameters. You can check in phone: Settings – Network & Internet – Mobile network – Access Point Names (APN) -Click the mobile card -Copy all the APN parameter
Step2: ADD APN PARAMETERS into UMIDIGI F3 5G
Plug in the SIM card to UMIDIGI F3 5G – Settings – Network & Internet – Mobile network – Access Point Names (APN) – Click Plus on the upper right corner – Add the correct APN parameters.
If you still cannot use the network data after the above steps, please find us through Seller Support.

A: Settings -> Network and Internet -> Mobile Network -> Advanced Settings -> Access Point Name -> Click «+» -> Enter APN data.
